From the last twelve months

A small selection from weddings, retreats, and dinners we've hosted in the last year. Every photo is from a real event — shared with our hosts' permission.

What our hosts say

The notes we keep on the kitchen wall

We share these with permission. Every couple, every company — we asked first.

  • Anya and Dev during their first dance in the Main Barn

“We told Eleanor we wanted a wedding where the dancing actually happened. She handed us the keys to the barn for the weekend and made it so. Our friends are still talking about it.”

Anya & Dev Patel Wedding · June 2025
  • A working session in the Hayloft Lounge with the Stripe leadership team around a long table

“We brought our leadership team up from the city for a two-day offsite. The Hayloft is the best meeting room I've ever sat in — we got more done in a day and a half than we usually do in a quarter.”

Maya Lin, Stripe Corporate retreat · September 2025
  • Margaret and Tom at their daughter's rehearsal dinner in the Main Barn

“Our daughter wanted a small dinner — fifty people, all family. The Wright Barn felt like our own home for the night, and Chef Marin's tasting menu is still the best meal we've had in five years.”

Before you ask

The questions our couples and hosts ask most

If we missed yours, send a note — we read every one.

  • How far in advance do we need to book?

For a Saturday in peak season (May–October), twelve to eighteen months is typical. For Fridays, Sundays, or off-peak dates, three to six months is plenty. Corporate retreats can usually be booked inside ninety days.

  • Do you have on-site catering?

Yes — Chef Marin Wright runs our kitchen. The menu changes seasonally and is built around what is growing on the property and at the three farms within five miles.

We accommodate every common dietary need: vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and severe allergy management. For cultural events that require outside catering, we permit pre-approved caterers with full kitchen access.

  • What about A-V for corporate events?

The Hayloft and the Main Barn both have built-in A-V: ceiling-mounted projectors, retractable screens, lavalier and handheld mics, and a hardwired sound system. We have a dedicated A-V tech on site for every retreat at no additional charge.

  • Is there lodging on site?

The Farmhouse next to the barn has five guest rooms, sleeping up to twelve. It is included with the Weekend Wedding and Corporate Retreat packages. For larger groups, we partner with three inns and a working farm B&B all within a ten-minute drive.

  • What is your weather backup?

Every event has the Main Barn as its all-weather backup. We make the call by 11am the morning of, and we never charge a change fee for a weather move. The barn is heated October through April and has industrial fans and full cross-ventilation for July and August.

  • Is the venue accessible?

Yes — the Main Barn, the Hayloft (via lift), the Farmhouse first floor, and both bathrooms are wheelchair-accessible. The Orchard Lawn has a packed-gravel path from the parking area. We can coordinate ASL interpreters and hearing-loop equipment on request.

  • Can we bring our own vendors?

Absolutely. We keep a curated list of florists, photographers, planners, and bands we have worked with at least three times — but you are welcome to bring anyone. We just ask for vendor insurance certificates two weeks out.
